Policy Scope
This policy applies to all Natematics Ltd. staff, tutors, volunteers, and contractors who work directly or indirectly with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals during our educational programs, whether in-person or online.
Designated Safeguarding Person
Natalie Tarry has been appointed as the Designated Safeguarding Person at Natematics Ltd. Natalie is responsible for overseeing all matters related to
safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable individuals participating in our educational programs. Her primary role is to ensure that our safeguarding policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to by staff, tutors, volunteers, and contractors.

Identifying and Responding to Concerns:
All staff, tutors, and volunteers are trained to recognise signs of abuse, neglect, or harm and are obligated to report concerns following our reporting procedures.
Responding to Disclosures:
We ensure that any disclosures of abuse, neglect, or harm are handled sensitively and promptly, and we follow statutory guidelines for reporting to appropriate authorities.
Support for Victims and Whistleblowers:
We provide support and assistance to victims of abuse or harm and protect whistleblowers from retaliation.
