What a weekend.
It was such an honour to be at a 2 day workshop with a very very special human Lee Harris
The two day Energy Mastery workshop has been life changing.
I really can’t describe it except transformational and then some…. And the energetic changes may take me quite a while to process.
It’s definitely given me a lot to think about. Integrating it into my day to day life is something I have to figure out but only as I am able to and when I’m able to.
For now, I need sleep for a week….ahem!
You are important
You matter.
You are allowed
You have a purpose.
I’m so glad I did this.
